SHIPPING INFORMATION

 All orders will be supplied with tracking details, which can be tracked by the The Courier Guy website.

Orders  take up to 14- 21 business days to manufacture due to most items being hand made. 

Standard South African Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days (Majority of JHB & DNB orders take 1-2 working days, and Cape Town 3 working days, but can take up to 5 working days once the courier collects from us).
  • We charge a flat rate of R120.
  • We only Ship in South Africa
  • Our Courier Service is the Courier Guy

 

Incorrect address or returned parcels

If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address provided, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, the customer will be liable for the postage charges to send it again.  If a parcel is undeliverable to the gift recipient, we will be in touch with the person who placed the order to discuss options.

REFUNDS + RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or returns on customised or online orders.

We do offer store credit to the value you have purchased.

* Dono Da Dio does not cover the return postage costs. Return postage costs will be at the buyers expense. We recommend using a service with tracking. 

* Dono Da Dio will not be held liable/ responsible or accountable for the loss of products being returned.
