SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders will be supplied with tracking details which can be tracked by the The Courier Guy website.
Orders can take up to 14 - 21 business days due to most items being hand made.
Standard South African Shipping
- Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days (Majority of JHB & DNB orders take 1-2 working days, and Cape Town 3 working days, but can take up to 5 working days once the courier collects from us).
- We charge a flat rate of R120.
- We only Ship in South Africa
- Our Courier Service is the Courier Guy
Incorrect address or returned parcels
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will need to pass on the postage charge to send it again. If a parcel is undeliverable to the gift recipient, we will be in touch with the person who placed the order to discuss options.
